Hey, I'm Wasim.

A Little About Me

From sales floors to writing high-converting content that helps businesses grow.

My Story

So first, let me introduce myself properly.

I started my career in 2013 in sales at Spice Mobiles, then at Microsoft, and then leading a team of 15+ people at OPPO. Those years on the sales floor taught me something that no writing course ever could: how to understand what people actually care about, and how to communicate in a way that makes them trust you.

That skill transferred directly into writing. And honestly, it’s probably why my content works.

The shift came in 2018. I started writing online, covering WordPress, technology, digital marketing, and business, through two platforms I built from scratch: SyncWin and WPnomy. No audience to start with. No connections. Just a genuine desire to teach what I was learning and help people who were stuck with the same problems I had figured out.

What happened over the next 6 years is something I’m genuinely proud of.

240+ published articles. Millions of organic impressions. Domain Authority 35. Social media content with 10M+ views. Email newsletters with 30%+ open rates. And a real audience of people who actually read what I write and come back for more.

None of it happened because I had some secret formula. It happened because I took research seriously, respected my readers’ time, and never published something I wasn’t proud of.

Today, I write for brands and companies remotely. Blog posts, social media content, landing pages, email sequences, video scripts, and technical documentation. I’m available for full-time remote roles, long-term contracts, and freelance projects, and I bring the same standards to client work that I use to build my own platforms.

(One more thing worth mentioning: I also have 7+ years of WordPress development experience, which gives me a unique understanding of how content, SEO, and site structure work together; something most writers simply don’t have.)

Anyway, enough about the origin story. Let me tell you what I actually stand for.

The Values Behind Every Piece I Write

These aren't just words on a page. They're the things I actually care about and the reason clients come back.

Honesty First

I'll tell you what your content actually needs, not what you want to hear. If a brief has a problem, I'll point it out.

Research Before Writing

I never fake expertise. Every claim, every stat, every piece of advice gets properly verified before it goes live.

Quality Over Volume

I would rather write 4 pieces that actually perform than 10 that just fill a calendar. Quality compounds. Quantity just creates noise.

Deadlines Are Non-Negotiable

If I commit to a timeline, I meet it. A reliable content schedule is one of the most valuable things I can offer.

AI-Assisted, Human-Crafted

I use AI tools for research, outlining, and polishing. But every word published has been genuinely thought through and owned by me.

Your Success Is the Point

When your content brings in traffic or converts a visitor into a customer, that's the actual win. I care about whether it's working.

What I Bring to the Table

Here's what I bring to the table (and honestly, this list keeps growing):

Niches I write in:

Technology | SaaS | WordPress | Digital Marketing | Business & Entrepreneurship | Self-Help & Personal Development | E-Commerce | AI & Automation

Content types:

  • Long-form blog posts & SEO articles
  • Social media content (LinkedIn, Threads, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Landing page and sales copy
  • Email marketing sequences & newsletters
  • YouTube and video scripts
  • Technical tutorials and documentation
  • Case studies and white papers
  • Product descriptions and e-commerce copy

Outside of Work

Here's what I do when I'm not working:

When I’m not writing, you’ll probably find me watching sci-fi, mystery, or feel-good content (very selective about what earns my time). I enjoy conversations about personal development, online business, and building things that actually matter.

I’m based in Kolkata, India, and I work with clients globally. Time zones have never been a problem; clear communication and good systems make everything smooth. I’ve been working remotely for 7+ years, and I genuinely thrive in it.

Want to Work Together?

I'm open to remote full-time roles, contracts, and freelance projects. Let's see if we're a good fit.
