Hey, I'm Wasim.

Here's How I Got Here.

My Story

So first, let me introduce myself properly.

I started in sales. Spice Mobiles in 2013, then Microsoft, then OPPO, where I led a team of 15 people. Three years on sales floors. It taught me how to communicate clearly, solve real problems, and actually listen to what someone needs before assuming I know the answer.

In 2018, I left. No roadmap, no formal training, no mentor. I opened a laptop and figured things out by doing them. WordPress by fixing broken sites. Content by writing hundreds of articles and watching what ranked. SEO, email marketing, social media, and operations the same way: build something real, track what works, cut what doesn’t.

That produced 3 brands. SyncWin, WPnomy, and Toolonomy. Across them: 100+ client projects delivered, 240+ articles published, 1.5M+ organic impressions, 10M+ social media views, and 35 domain authority built from zero. I didn’t buy links. I didn’t outsource the writing. I didn’t use a team for most of it.

Right now I’m focused on AEO: structuring content to get cited by Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. Search is changing fast, and I’d rather be building for what’s coming than catching up to it later.

What I Stand For

These aren't just words on a page. They're the things I actually care about and the reason clients come back.

Honesty Over Comfort

I say what needs to be said, even when it's uncomfortable.

Quality Over Speed

Efficient work, but never at the cost of getting it right.

Learning as a Constant

Technology moves fast. Staying current is part of the job.

Your Result is the Real Metric

What matters is whether the work actually made a difference.

Outside of Work

Here's what I do when I'm not working:

When I’m not working, I’m watching sci-fi, mystery, or adventure content. I think a lot about personal development, building things online, and what makes people actually good at what they do.

I’m based in Kolkata, India. Most of my work has always been remote.
